At Made for More, we believe every man carries a deeper purpose waiting to be awakened. In a world filled with noise, pressure, and distraction, many men find themselves surviving instead of truly living. Made for More exists to create space for men to step away from the everyday demands of life, reconnect with who they are, and rediscover who they are called to become.
Our retreat is built on the conviction that growth happens through brotherhood, honesty, and challenge. We bring men together in an environment that encourages authenticity, courage, and transformation. Through meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and intentional moments of reflection, participants are invited to strengthen their faith, clarify their purpose, and build lasting connections with other men walking the same journey.
Made for More is more than an event — it is a movement toward living with intention. We aim to equip men to return home as stronger leaders, present fathers, committed husbands, and grounded individuals. Our mission is simple: to help men break free from complacency, embrace responsibility, and live the life they were truly made for.

Made for More began with a simple act of obedience. At Daystar Church, Kenny and John started a men’s small group with a vision to help men grow in faith and build real brotherhood. Despite their hopes, only three men attended throughout the entire semester. Rather than becoming discouraged, they remained faithful, investing deeply in those few men week after week. In that small gathering, honest conversations, spiritual growth, and genuine connection took place — and what seemed small at the time became the foundation for the Made for More Men’s Retreat, proving that God often starts something powerful with just a few willing men.
October 2025
As the small group ended, God began stirring something deeper in Kenny’s heart — a fire for ministry that had laid dormant for years. What started as a simple Bible study grew into a clear calling as God placed a vision on Kenny’s heart to create a space where men could step away from everyday distractions and fully pursue their faith together. Through prayer, confirmation, and shared passion with John, Bo and other leaders, that quiet small group transformed into something bigger than they imagined. What began with just a few faithful men ultimately became the Made for More Men’s Retreat — a movement born from obedience, renewed purpose, and a calling God had been preparing long before anyone else could see it.
February 2026
The first Made for More retreat confirmed that God was doing something special, but the second retreat revealed just how powerful that calling had become. Men arrived hungry for change, deeper faith, and authentic brotherhood, and the atmosphere was unlike anything experienced before. Hearts were opened, walls were broken down, and lives were visibly transformed throughout the weekend. The impact reached a defining moment as several men made the decision to publicly declare their faith through baptism — a powerful reminder that this ministry was never just about a retreat, but about real life change. What started as a small group had now grown into a movement where men were encountering Jesus and stepping boldly into the life they were truly made for.

The cost of the Made for More Men’s Retreat is $150 per person. This all-inclusive price covers your lodging, all meals, snacks, and beverages throughout the entire retreat weekend.
Our goal is to make this experience accessible while providing a comfortable environment where men can step away from daily distractions, build meaningful connections, and focus on spiritual growth and renewal. Once you arrive, everything is taken care of — allowing you to fully engage in the retreat experience.

Nestled in a quiet natural setting, River Hills provides the perfect environment to step away from everyday distractions, unplug, and focus on personal growth, fellowship, and spiritual renewal. The property offers comfortable lodging, gathering spaces, and beautiful outdoor areas designed to help men rest, reflect, and reconnect.
Made for More is a non-denominational men’s retreat. While participants come from many different church backgrounds and traditions, we are united by one thing — our shared faith in Jesus Christ.
Our focus is not on labels or denominations, but on creating a Christ-centered environment where men can grow spiritually, build authentic relationships, and strengthen their walk with Jesus together. All men are welcome, regardless of church affiliation or where they are in their faith journey.
At Made for More, our heart is simple — to create space for men to encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and return home strengthened as leaders, husbands, fathers, and brothers in Christ.
