KENNY BISHOP

For nearly a decade, I avoided leadership because I believed my past failures had disqualified me from ministry. Although I never stopped loving God, I chose to stay in the background—attending church quietly and avoiding any visible role. Through small groups and unexpected moments of prayer, God began reminding me that my calling had not been revoked. What started as small, hesitant steps—helping lead a men’s group despite low attendance and discouragement—grew into a clear vision to create a space where men could encounter freedom, healing, and purpose. Even when the finances and logistics didn’t make sense, I chose obedience over fear and trusted God to provide. Out of that journey, the Made for More Men’s Retreat was born—a conference built from my own story of redemption, created to call men out of shame and into the truth that we are not disqualified, but made for more.

JOHN CUSIMANO

Four years ago, I moved to Alabama feeling lost, broken, and weighed down by depression and anxiety. Watching my wife grow deeper in her faith awakened something in me—I realized I wanted that same relationship with God. For the first time in my life, I stopped running and began intentionally chasing Jesus through church, small groups, and retreats. What started as a search for healing became a complete surrender. Made 4 More is a daily reminder for me to walk in humility, lay everything at God’s feet, and trust Him fully. Today, instead of telling God how big my mountains are, I stand in faith and tell my mountains how big my God is. That's VICTORY!

BO WINFREY

Bo is an Iraq War veteran whose life reflects resilience, faith, and purpose. After serving his country with honor, he faced the difficult realities many veterans experience, including PTSD. Through those struggles, he dedicated his life to Christ and found renewed strength, healing, and direction in his faith.

As a committed member of Daystar Church, Bo deepened his spiritual growth by attending Freedom classes and participating in the Made4More men’s retreat, experiences that strengthened his walk and clarified his calling. His mission is to stand in the gap for other veterans and Christian men who are fighting unseen battles.

Bo is passionate about helping reduce the tragic “22 a day” statistic by offering brotherhood, faith-based encouragement, accountability, and hope. He believes no veteran should feel alone and that healing and purpose are found through community and Christ.
